Title: Materials Data on TmIn3 by Materials Project

Abstract

TmIn3 is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tm is bonded to twelve equivalent In atoms to form TmIn12 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent TmIn12 cuboctahedra, edges with twenty-four equivalent InTm4In8 cuboctahedra, faces with six equivalent TmIn12 cuboctahedra, and faces with twelve equivalent InTm4In8 cuboctahedra. All Tm–In bond lengths are 3.26 Å. In is bonded to four equivalent Tm and eight equivalent In atoms to form distorted InTm4In8 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent InTm4In8 cuboctahedra, edges with eight equivalent TmIn12 cuboctahedra, edges with sixteen equivalent InTm4In8 cuboctahedra, faces with four equivalent TmIn12 cuboctahedra, and faces with fourteen equivalent InTm4In8 cuboctahedra. All In–In bond lengths are 3.26 Å.
