Title: Materials Data on LiInGe by Materials Project

Abstract

LiInGe is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Li is bonded to six equivalent In and four equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of distorted face and corner-sharing LiIn6Ge4 tetrahedra. All Li–In bond lengths are 3.20 Å. All Li–Ge bond lengths are 2.77 Å. In is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Li and four equivalent Ge atoms. All In–Ge bond lengths are 2.77 Å. Ge is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Li and four equivalent In atoms.
