Title: Materials Data on Ga by Materials Project

Abstract

Ga is Copper structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of two Ga sheets oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Ga is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Ga atoms. All Ga–Ga bond lengths are 2.80 Å.
