Title: Materials Data on GdPt by Materials Project

Abstract

GdPt crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Gd is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven equivalent Pt atoms. There are a spread of Gd–Pt bond distances ranging from 2.92–3.10 Å. Pt is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven equivalent Gd atoms.
