Title: Materials Data on EuCdAu by Materials Project

Abstract

EuAuCd crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Au atoms. There are a spread of Eu–Au bond distances ranging from 3.21–3.25 Å. Au is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Eu and four equivalent Cd atoms. There are a spread of Au–Cd bond distances ranging from 2.92–3.01 Å. Cd is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Au atoms.
