Title: Materials Data on CaTe by Materials Project

Abstract

CaTe is Tetraauricupride structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ca2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Te2- atoms. All Ca–Te bond lengths are 3.40 Å. Te2- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ca2+ atoms.
