Title: Materials Data on ZrO by Materials Project

Abstract

ZrO is Halite, Rock Salt structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zr2+ is bonded to six equivalent O2- atoms to form a mixture of corner and edge-sharing ZrO6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°. All Zr–O bond lengths are 2.31 Å. O2- is bonded to six equivalent Zr2+ atoms to form a mixture of corner and edge-sharing OZr6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°.
