Title: Materials Data on TiB by Materials Project

Abstract

TiB is Zincblende, Sphalerite structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ti3+ is bonded to four equivalent B3- atoms to form corner-sharing TiB4 tetrahedra. All Ti–B bond lengths are 2.15 Å. B3- is bonded to four equivalent Ti3+ atoms to form corner-sharing BTi4 tetrahedra.
