Abstract

Ce2ZnPb is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Zn and four equivalent Pb atoms. All Ce–Zn bond lengths are 3.30 Å. All Ce–Pb bond lengths are 3.30 Å. Zn is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ce atoms. Pb is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Ce atoms.
