Title: Materials Data on Si(H3C)2 by Materials Project

Abstract

Si(CH3)2 crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of four methylsilicon molecules; eight silane, dimethyl- molecules; and four trimethylsilyl radical molecules.
