Title: Materials Data on Dy3GaC by Materials Project

Abstract

Dy3GaC is (Cubic) Perovskite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of one methane molecule and one Dy3Ga framework. In the Dy3Ga framework, Dy is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ga atoms. Both Dy–Ga bond lengths are 2.65 Å. Ga is bonded to six equivalent Dy atoms to form corner-sharing GaDy6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°.
