Title: The spectrum of leakages from a lead sphere with a californium neutron source

Abstract

Within the general program of refining the neutron data for lead we also measured the total cross sections and a preliminary analysis of the results show that the data in the BRAND and ENDF/B libraries in the energy range 0.1-0.8 MeV may be slightly overestimated. This correlates with the observed differences in the neutron leakage spectra.
