Title: Two-magnon light scattering in YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 6+[ital x]] single crystals near the metal-insulator transition

Investigations of two-magnon Raman scattering (RS) were carried out on YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 6+[ital x]] single crystals with oxygen content near the metal-insulator transition. It was found that the chain oxygen reordering processes strongly influence the two-magnon RS spectrum.
