Title: Space law, views of the future

Abstract

In this volume, space lawyers from different regions of the world and different social and legal systems present their views on the future of space law. The authors intention is to help realize the goal of a peaceful and beneficial exploration and exploitation of outer space. Its practical and conflicting economic, political and military interests are addressed.
