We examine the implications of the recently proposed un-unified SU(2){sub {ital q}}{times}SU(2){sub {ital l}}{times}U(1){sub {ital Y}} model for the extra-gauge-boson decay widths and hadronic production rates, the {ital e}{sup +}{ital e}{sup {minus}}{r arrow}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}} and {ital {bar p}p} asymmetries, the {ital B}-meson semileptonic branching fraction, {ital B}{sup 0}-{bar {ital B}} {sup 0} mixing, and the {ital CP}-violating parameter {epsilon}. A perturbative requirement gives the bound sin{phi}{approx gt}0.22 on the new mixing angle. Current searches at the Fermilab Tevatron collider for an extra {ital Z} boson can place a mass bound {ital M}{sub {ital Z}{sub {ital H}}}{approx gt}250 GeV. The hadronic decays of {ital W}{sub {ital H}},{ital Z}{sub {ital H}} produced in {ital {bar p}p} collisions may be observable as enhancements in the two-jet invariant-mass distribution. The enhanced low-energy nonleptonic interaction improves the agreement with experiment of the predicted {ital B}-meson semileptonic branching fraction.
