Title: A solar thermal steam electric power system, based upon multiple units of a polar mounted dual focus solar collector and its ground-level dual focus solar furnace

The Solar Power Mount and the Solar Power Half Disc are ''sister'' Polar Mounted sun-tracking systems in the solar thermal steam electric power category, capable of megawatt electric power potential, when combined in multiple units. Their innovative approaches to solar energy evolve from their adaptation to sun-tracking of the principles of the Equatorial Mount used by astronomers to track celestial bodies. (Instead of Equatorial Mount, Polar Mount is used in this paper.) This kind of adaptation of the Polar Mount to solar collector sun-tracking has been successfully achieved, because of an ingenious combination of a hydraulic ratchet jack (to achieve one degree increments of lift) controlled by a synchronous electric time-switch clock, programmed according to one degree of declination change as perceived in the Ephemeris Table, Apparent Declination Column, of the annual Nautical Almanac. This kind of automated sun-tracking is double-checked by a simple electric-eye arrangement.
