An updated version of the Ozone Isopleth Plotting Program was developed for use with EKMA to calculate emission reductions needed to achieve the air-quality standard for ozone. The program, called OZIPM-IV (Ozone Isopleth Plotting with Optional Mechanisms - Version IV), contains the new Carbon-Bond Mechanism-IV (CBM-IV). In addition to containing a new mechanism, the OZIPM-IV expands on earlier versions of the code by providing a wider compatibility between computers, an improved isopleth plotting package, expanded user interaction with control-strategy calculations and a new option for determining credits for reductions in carbon monoxide emissions. Volume 1 of the report serves as the User's Manual for OZIPM-IV. Volume 2 contains the listing of the FORTRAN computer code.
