Title: Reply to the Comment of K. W. Gentle

Abstract

It is shown that (a) the energy content calculated by Gentle is consistent with that reported in the Letter and (b) the stray capacitance of the toroidal coil system is negligible in the diamagnetic measurement for the frequency range of the experiment.
