Title: Event Handler: a fast, programmable, CAMAC-coupled data acquisition interface

Abstract

A description is given of the architecture and performance of the Event Handler, a fast, programmable data acquisition interface that is linked to and through CAMAC. The special features of this interface make it a powerful tool in implementing data acquisition systems for experiments in nuclear physics. 3 figures.
