In November 1997 a workshop was held at Fermilab to explore the physics potential of the first muon collider, and the physics potential of the accelerator complex at the {open_quotes}front-end{close_quotes} of the collider. This paper describes the configuration of the muon collider accelerator complex, including the major accelerator parameters, and the particle fluxes and luminosities that would result from such a facility. {copyright} {ital 1998 American Institute of Physics.}
