Piping inelastic fracture mechanics analysis. Memorandum report
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:6620198
Available experimental data and the analytical methods for predicting rupture of LWR piping are assembled and assessed. The analytical techniques investigated can be catologued into three major groups: structural response, semiempirical methods, and the J-controlled growth approach. A leak-before-break condition is also investigated.
