The objective of this Safety Analysis Report (SAR) is to present the design of a Below-Ground Vault (BGV) low-level waste (LLW) disposal facility and perform an evaluation of the disposal facility to demonstrate compliance with the performance objectives and technical requirements. This SAR conforms to the guidance for a safety analysis report provided by the NRC.
