This book was developed from a symposium sponsored by the Division of Polymeric Sciences: Science and Engineering and the Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry at the 201st National Meeting of the American Chemical Society, Atlanta, Georgia, April 14-19, 1991. Topics include methods and chemical reaction kinetics for polymerization, methods of assessing polymer properties, and current and potential uses of several polymers.
