These proceedings represent papers presented at the Seventh International Workshop on Polarized Gas Targets and Polarized Beams. The topics discussed included polarized hydrogen and deuterium targets based on the atomic beam method as well as spin{minus}exchange optical pumping, optically pumped helium 3 targets. Also discussed was target polarimetry, polarized ion beam sources based on the atomic beam method and optical pumping, polarized electron sources and beams, beam polarimetry and NMR tomography with polarized noble gases. There were 86 papers presented, out of these, 33 have been abstracted for the Energy Science and Technology database.(AIP)
