Parametric resonance in a weakly turbulent relativistic electron plasma

The effect of relativistic oscillations of the electron mass on the parametric excitation of plasma waves is studied in an electron plasma in an external electric field. The work performed on the plasma and the conductivity of the relativistic electron plasma are calculated in the quasilinear approximation.
