This report is the third in a continuing series of reports presenting data from the 1982 Residential Energy Consumption Survey (RECS). Included here are data, at the Census region and division level, for consumption and expenditures of the major fuels used in the household - electricity, natural gas, fuel oil/kerosene, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Data are also presented for wood consumption. This report includes a summary of the highlights within each of the four Census regions: Northeast, North Central, South, and West. A map of the states included in a region may be found at the beginning of the summary for that region. Tables displaying the data by Census region and division follow the summary. 32 figures, 28 tables.
