Dielectronic recombination rates for Ar(14/sup +/)

Dielectronic-recombination-rate coefficients for the Ar(14/sup +/) target ion have been recalculated, and an improved estimate of the contribution of high Rydberg states has been included. This corrects and supersedes our earlier work for this ion. The temperature range considered was 0.2< or approx. =kT< or approx. =2keV.
