Development of dense plasma focus as a soft x-ray source for the study of x-ray damage to laser optics: Final report
The experiment currently under way at the University of Illinois Dense Plasma Focus is aimed at producing a high intensity X-ray spectrum tailored to the requirements of ICF X-ray emission simulation. This paper discusses the development of this dense plasma focus.
