Title: Shock-wave--triggered photorecombination laser

Abstract

A theoretical study of the population inversion and waveguide formation in a steady-state, shock-wave-triggered, photorecombination laser is reported. The supersonic gas flow rate supplies a high chemical power to the cavity.
