Title: Molecular resonances in the high energy /sup 12/C--/sup 12/C scattering: analysis by a band crossing model. [15 to 35 MeV (cm) cross sections, potential parameters]

Previously, it was shown that characteristic features of resonances in high energy /sup 12/C--/sup 12/C reactions can be explained by a band crossing model. The coupling of 3/sup -/ inelastic channel is included, and the validity of the model is verified. The calculated band crossing diagram, the result of a coupled-channel calculation in which elastic, single, and mutual excitations of 2/sup +/ state and 3/sup -/ excitation are included, the potential parameters, and the inelastic cross sections are presented. 6 references.
