Title: Electroproduction of hadrons from nuclei

Abstract

We evaluate the possibility of observing nuclear effects in electroproduction of hadrons (h) from nuclei. Explicit calculations in the quark-cluster model show that the production ratio for oppositely charged hadrons h/sup +//h/sup -/ for the same nucleus is quite insensitive to nuclear effects. On the other hand, the ratio of cross sections for production of the same-sign hadron from different nuclei is a quantity for which sizable nuclear effects are predicted.
