Title: Backscattering of electrons by solids. [9. 76 MeV]

Abstract

The integral and differential backscattering coefficients are derived for films and bulk solids and the results are compared with the experimental data for copper bombarded with 9.76 MeV electrons. Satisfactory agreement is obtained between the calculations and experimental data.(AIP)
