Title: Some considerations in the use of an a priori mathematical model to fit a nuclear utility's thermoluminescence dosimetry data

Abstract

A statistical analysis of thermoluminescence dosimetry (TLD) data was performed in an effort to determine the relevance of an a priori mathematical model to the nuclear facility associated with the data. This kind of analysis is particularly useful for determining compliance with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines on direct radiation dose when only TLD data are submitted for that purpose.
