Title: Stability of axisymmetric meridional flows in azimuthal circulation

The author investigates certain problems of the stability of axisymmetric meridional flows for axisymmetric azimuthal circulations. His analysis focuses on energy redistribution, viscosity and stability for infinitely small perturbations, and stability with respect to azimuthal circulations of arbitrary amplitude.
