The optical, electrical, structural, electrochemical, and photochemical properties of SnO and InO thin films are examined. The citations examine methods of fabricating SnO and InO semiconductor thin films and optical films, using chemical vapor deposition, reactive sputtering, spray pyrolysis, and electron beam deposition.
