Characteristics of light absorption resonances in homogeneous and hollow spherical particles
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain a general concept on the regularities of variation in the halfwidth of hyperfine optical resonance peak dependence of the absorption effectiveness factor on the diffraction parameter of light and its relation to the halfwidth of the corresponding peak dependence of the real part of the amplitude coefficient of resonating magnetic partial waves for both homogeneous and hollow weakly absorbing spherical particles.
