Results derived from analysis of passive solar space heating systems in the National Solar Data Network are presented. Results are presented which describe the performance of these solar energy systems relative to the facets of design, control, and occupant interactions which provide for good system performance. Performance of passive solar space heating systems is illustrated in terms of system energy savings and thermal comfort conditions.
