Analysis of Calvert Cliffs reference station measurements (temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen)
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:5744316
This report applies a 'reference station method' developed for comparison of physical hydrographic variables between pre- and postoperational conditions at the Calvert Cliffs Power Plant site in the Chesapeake Bay. The analysis also evaluates the applicability of using reference station data in defining discharge mixing zones. The method can provide data on which to base regulatory standards at measurable levels, with a known degree of confidence.
