Title: Energy levels, wavelengths, and weighted oscillator strengths for n = 3-4 and 4-4 transitions in Cu-like ions (Sr X to Nd XXXII)

Energy levels, wavelengths, and oscillator strengths are calculated for the 3d{sup 10}4s-3d{sup 9}4s4p and 3d{sup 10}4p-3d{sup 9}4p{sup 2} transition arrays for Cu-like ions in the isoelectronic sequence from Sr X to Nd XXXII. The computational method involved semiempirical optimization of Slater parameters first calculated ab initio with a Relativistic-Hartree-Plus-Statistical-Exchange (HXR) program package including configuration interaction effects. Results are also reported for 3d{sup 10}4l-3d{sup 10}4l{prime} (l = s, p, d; l{prime} = p, d, f) transitions for the ions Mo XIV to Nd XXXII.
