Title: Studies of irradiation products of laser boron isotope separation by infrared absorption spectroscopy

In the separation processes of boron isotopes by multiple-photon absorption of infrared radiation, new photochemical products were produced from the laser induced photochemical reaction of BCl/sub 3/ and C/sub n/F/sub 2n/+2 . A strong absorption peak of the new photochemical products at 1000 cm/sup -1/ overlaps with the ..nu../sub 3/ vibrational absorption band of /sup 10/BCl/sub 3/; this interferes with the measurement of boron isotopes enrichment coefficient by the infrared absorption method.
