The THEMISTOCLE collaboration has brought into operation an 18 telescope array designed to study the angular resolution that can be obtained through multiple, high precision timing measurements on the Cerenkov light front for primary gamma-ray energies above about 5 TeV. Detector characteristics, calibration techniques and preliminary haddronic shower analysis are presented.
