This is the third report on the 1981 Residential Energy Consumption Survey, which covers the period April 1981 through March 1982. It contains regional data on residential energy consumption and expenditures in the United States. This report contains data for the four Census regions and the nine Census divisions. Total and average consumption and expenditures of total and specific fuels are classified by significant energy-related characteristics of the households and weather zones.
