(Super)Korteveg--de Vries equation as a (super)conformal field theory

The solution to the Korteveg--de Vries equation is interpreted as a conformal field of conformal dimension two in a system having a nonvanishing central charge. Its N = 1, 2 supersymmetrized extensions are discussed.
