Adsorption of a mixture of water vapor and organic-vapor impurities in micropores of active carbons

The adsorption capacity of active carbons with respect to organic-vapor impurities in a current of moist air is a function of the specific volume of the micropores and the value of the standard characteristic energy of adsorption. This dependence was studied in this present article using the concepts on volume filling of micropores by an adsorption solution.
