Rebound: a guide to community-based building materials recycling

Rebound is a program for recycling usable building materials and revitalizing Seattle's inner city housing units. By creating a link between the construction industry and residents, Rebound reduces the volume of construction rubbish headed for the dump and is able to provide a source of low-cost building materials right in the neighborhood. This how-to-do-it volume describes the program: its history, its physical and human resources, and its organization, management, and financial control. Three appendices provide staffing information, illustrate publicity and marketing opportunities, and recommend inventory and finance plans.
