To study the effects of a strongly interacting Higgs sector on the amplitudes for [gamma][gamma][r arrow][ital W][sub [ital L]][sup +][ital W][sub [ital L]][sup [minus]],[ital Z][sub [ital L]][sup 0][ital Z][sub [ital L]][sup 0] by unitarizing the [ital W][sub [ital L]][sup +][ital W][sub [ital L]][sup [minus]],[ital Z][sub [ital L]][sup 0][ital Z][sub [ital l]][sup 0], [gamma][gamma] system using the [ital K]-matrix technique. Unitarization produces substantial corrections to the cross sections for gauge boson pair production by photon fusion when [ital m][sub [ital H]][approx gt]5--10 TeV. We also investigate the extent to which including transverse [ital W]'s modifies the unitarized [gamma][gamma][r arrow][ital W][sub [ital L]][sup +][ital W][sub [ital L]][sup [minus]] amplitude.
