ESR spectroscopy was used to study the interaction between the products of thermal destruction of coal in a system liquid phase of the plastic coal mass - thermally unstable filler. Suggestions are made for possible ways of interaction, which would lead to a revision of the process fo the formation of regular paramagnetic structures. (8 refs.)
