Wisconsin approval and promulgation of state implementation plan (SIP) designation of areas for air quality planning purposes: ozone and carbon monoxide

The US Environmental Protection Agency proposes to approve or conditionally approve the revised Wisconsin SIP, which consists of a vehicle emission control inspection/maintenance program and transportation control measures for ozone and carbon monoxide. The EPA also proposes to redesignate certain counties as attainment and nonattainment ares for ozone. The SIP is discussed in detail. Comments must be received by 7/17/80.
