This report supplements the Final Report, Development of Advanced Methods for Planning Electric Energy Distribution Systems, and documents the DISOPT-1 and SWITCH-1 software which resulted from the development work. Information is included on: some of the terminology used in the software development; the input data cards required for DISOPT-1 and SWITCH-1; the COMMON block structure for data within the two programs; the run control cards and the solution parameter cards for the two programs; sample DISOPT outputs; sample SWITCH outputs; and, finally, the FORTRAN listings of the programs.
