A method is developed for finding explicit equations for the meson form factors in the relativistic quark model. The meson form factors are expressed in terms of the wave functions of the two-quark system, which obey a covariant two-particle quasipotential equation. The exact wave functions are found by transforming to a relativistic coordinate representation. The Coulomb interaction between quarks is treated as an example.
